Andy Cilek, executive director of the Minnesota Voters Alliance will appear on "Republican Roundtable" in February.     He will discuss his background and some of the major issues the Alliance is concerned about accomplishing.  Republican Roundtable is produced by the Senate District 63 Republicans and is hosted by Tim Erlander and Marc Sullivan.
