The State House, in an effort led by Rep. Sarah Anderson (of current SD43A in Plymouth) has released their Congressional Map proposal. You can find the maps as well as reports and text files here.

With the CD-5 proposed redistricting (click on maps to see a larger image), we could gain all of Brooklyn Center, and the southern portion of Brooklyn Park. The northern section of St. Anthony and western Spring Lake Park would move to CD-4, and all of Hopkins would be in the 5th district.
