**UPDATE** There is a lot of talk of "cutting the pork" but at this picnic we will pet the pork. Taylor the Political Pig will be making an appearance and loves meeting pint-sized constituents.
At the State Convention last weekend, MNGOP state party leaders recognized Nik Ludwig of the Minneapolis City Republican Committee with a 2010 Volunteer of the Year Award. Also recognized was CD5's Mary Belfry for helping with the Bachmann-Palin rally, the State Convention, voter identification and election judge recruitment.

Republican Roundtable - May 2010
Dan Hall, Republican candidate for State Senate, District 40 will appear on "Republican Roundtable" in May. Senate District 40 encompasses the southern portion of Bloomington and the northern portion of Burnsville and downtown Savage.
He discusses his background and some of the issues of his campaign and the record of his opponent. Republican Roundtable is produced by the Senate District 63 Republicans and is hosted by Tim Erlander and Marc Sullivan.
The show airs in
Richfield, Edina, Eden Prairie, Minnetonka and Hopkins on cable channel 15 at 12:30 p.m. Saturdays and 7:30 p.m. Mondays.
Bloomington on cable channel 16 at 9:30 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays and 5:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Wednesdays and Fridays.
